Baggage Handling and Marshalling
Manages baggage sorting and transfers, including bulk and transfer baggage via built-up ULDs. Also arranges for marshalling to guide aircraft during arrival and departure, utilising MEng (signalling) expertise and automated guidance systems.
Aircraft Handling and Safety Operations
Responsible for loading and unloading operations, including equipment provision for passenger services, flight deck steps, loading bridges, and other mobility services. Ensures safety through portable fire extinguishers on ramp equipment, coordination with airport fire services, and other safety measures. Manages aircraft movement, including pushback and steering bypass pin installation/removal.
Ground Operations and Aircraft Servicing Management
Responsible for ensuring smooth aircraft operations and impeccable servicing standards on the ground. Manages aircraft parking, ancillary services, and facilitates communication between ramp and flight deck. Additionally, oversees interior/exterior cleaning, toilet servicing, water supply, and quality testing.
