Overseeing administrative functions such as local procedure establishment, passenger services, ramp operations, load control, security, and handling Carrier items' checking and forwarding, while also supervising and coordinating with the Carrier's designated representative for the verification of dispatch of operational messages and other tasks.
Arrival and Departure
Ensures seamless operations from arrival to departure, including overseeing aircraft door operations, transfers, baggage rechecks, passenger guidance, lost items, damaged property tracing, delayed baggage delivery, repairs/replacements, managing baggage, travel documents, upgrades, and pre-flight checks. This includes handling visas, passports, boarding passes for both passengers and carriers.
Inter-modal transportation by road
Carrying out passengers and baggage via road, directly departing passengers to connecting transport, and handling the arriving passengers and baggage from the road transport.
