During controlled heating, kaolinite undergoes sequential structural changes, forming intermediate phases such as Meta kaolinite and spinel before ultimately converting into mullite. The overall quality and performance of the final refractory product depend significantly on the formation, size, and distribution of mullite within the matrix. Petroleum coke is used as the primary fuel, enabling efficient and uniform heat distribution to achieve consistent product quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Screening &amp; Size Classification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following calcination, the material undergoes a screening process to segregate it into specific particle size ranges in accordance with market requirements. This classification ensures uniformity and suitability for various industrial applications.
