About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our elite team in private jet charter services. This role will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and luxury service providers, offering customized private aviation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate new business opportunities within the luxury travel and private aviation markets.
Engage with C-suite executives, travel agencies, and personal assistants to drive charter sales.
Provide clients with bespoke travel options, ensuring personalized service from inquiry to flight.
Prepare detailed sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
Attend industry events, meet potential clients, and represent the brand at key networking opportunities.
Collaborate with flight operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on luxury services or aviation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for aviation and client service excellence.
Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
